Social distanc is a vegue term. Some times it indicates to cut one self from each other in every aspect of life, majority of persons are already doing it. They cares for no body around them. They becomes notorious and non humorous for him self, family and society, having no sentiments for any one surrounding. *This is the high time to rectify this thought process keeping physical distances to avoid the infections and come near by too but in a different manner*ЁЯЩПЁЯШКLet us have an example. Please imagine one standing in a queue to receive/collect/deposit some thing from a counter and there are so many peoples. *Now there will be two situations*1, All the persons stands in queue keeping *physical distance* and gets the required things in proper way.2. Now regarding *Social distance* one *forget the usual social code of conduct* now imagine the situation. One will forget the discipline, will disturb the arrangements made and may prove fetal to the community.Regards. Precautions to keep yourself safe against Corona virus infection
Every one please don't be panic of situation but take proper care as below.ЁЯСЙ
1. Isolate your self.
2. Use luke warm water.
3. Apply mustured oil in nostrils.
5. Keep hair and nails cut with clean shave.
6. Take daily bath.
7. Clean/ spray hot blower on metallic furniture through out home with your vehicles along with dashboard.
8. Maintain Room Temperature high with heater in morning and evening.
9. Do Luke warm gargles.
10. Now preventive medicine.
A. Influenzinum 200.
B. Arsenic Album 200.
C. Kali Mur 30.
One dose each. Twice a week.
11. Keep throat moist with black pepper and mishree
12. Wear MASKS, it is better to wear hand made mask of routine clothing.
13. Dispose off the excreatas properly.
